My car has been with the service department today. I received exceptional customer service from Robert Wheatley he is a credit to the company. Robert ensured my customer journey today was smooth from start to finish, he also went above and beyond with the queries I had. I must admit on one occasion things went slightly wrong at Lloyd’s with regards to a previous car I purchased, however Lloyd’s sorted the problem out for me and re gained my trust. I understand as a customer that sometimes things may go wrong, however it’s how the company deal with it when this happens that makes a huge difference and sets them aside from their competitors. Lloyd’s proved to me that they want to ‘put things right’ and will go out their way to do so. What I really like is the fact you understand that service is just as important as sales, if you get the service right then customers will reward you with their loyalty. Robert had an exceptional customer service manner today , I will be returning when my service is due.
