We are looking for the right individual to lead the team at our Newcastle retailer, and develop the business to the next level.

Head of Business Key Role & Responsibilities:

• Communicate and maintain Operating Standards, Budgets, Group policies, Targets & Objectives required of the BMW and MINI and Lloyd brands.
• Prepare and implement a business plan for all areas of the business and understand the importance & contribution of all departments.
• Lead, Motivate & Develop the Team and successfully recruit where required, so as to maximize opportunity, achieve goals and exceed customer satisfaction.
• Review & monitor all departments on an ongoing basis by applying positive coaching. Manage performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Formulate, agree and implement Marketing Plans to maximize the awareness and success of the Lloyd brand.
• Ensure that all employees are aware of Health and Safety requirements and ensure that departmental managers comply with Health & Safety regulations and UK legislation.
• Finance and Cost control; To work closely with your Retailer Accountant, to understand, monitor, control and manage costs where possible.
• Ensure the highest possible levels of facility Cleanliness and Presentation are maintained at all times.
• You will be required to attend Lloyd Motor Group and BMW and MINI meetings and events across the UK and abroad.
