Showroom Host/Casual Host

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Showroom Host to join Jaguar Landrover based in Carlisle.

We are looking for a highly organised individual, with great organisational skills and a good eye for detail.

Salary: £11.44 per hour (dependent on age)

Hours: Part time - Ongoing Saturdays (additional days may be required) 

Role responsibilities:

• Meeting & greeting customers in the showroom, ensuring they have a friendly & professional welcome, seamless service, hassle free and as convenient as possible. (Aware of Mystery Shops)
• Ability to hold customers and take their details when and where possible if the Sales Executives/Service Receptionists are unavailable.
• Offering beverages to all customers, tidying away used cups and glasses.
• Monitor and ensure showroom is presentable and digital equipment is operational.
• Booking both new and used vehicles into stock
• Ordering of new vehicles via the manufacturers system once authority is obtained
• Invoicing of vehicles to retail, corporate and trade customers and other Lloyd retailers
• Preparation of documentation to tax used vehicles
• Help with any other administrative tasks as needed
• Maintain the coffee area, keeping it clean and tidy, also keeping the machine restocked – Replenishing any biscuits and keeping stock in the fridge up to date. Ensuring all cups and glasses are in place and the dishwasher is emptied regularly.
