BMW Blackpool Wins BMW Customer Retailer Of The Year

We are absolutely ecstatic to announce that Lloyd Blackpool BMW has won the ‘BMW Customer Service Retailer of the Year’ award at the prestigious annual BMW, MINI and Motorrad Conference on Saturday 6th February 2016 at InterContinental O2 Arena, London.
The award represents acknowledgment of the outstanding customer service standards consistently maintained by Lloyd Blackpool BMW throughout 2015 based on customer feedback and a 5-star rating system.Competing against over 140 approved BMW retailers across the UK, the award affirms Lloyd Group’s commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
