To our valued customers,

Following the Government Advice, Lloyd Motor Group has temporarily closed all of our retailers and Bodyshops until further notice. Our priority is to protect our colleagues, customers and communities and to play our part in helping to reduce the further spread of the COVID-19 virus. 

We would like to thank all Lloyd Motor Group colleagues and customers for their dedication and commitment over the last few weeks as we have endeavoured to safeguard the health and wellbeing of all throughout this unprecedented period.
 


Important MOT Update:


For those requiring an MOT, please be advised of the recent communication from the Government which can be read here:

The Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) has published guidance for vehicle owners that says:

  • If your MOT due date expires from 30 March 2020 it will be extended by 6 months


We recognise the importance of keeping our NHS colleagues and other essential users, such as emergency services and carers, safely on the roads. If you have any technical queries or concerns, please email us at staysafe@lloydgroup.co.uk.

We recognise the importance of keeping our NHS colleagues and other essential users, such as emergency services and key workers, safely on the roads.
 
Our BMW Service Department is currently operating a limited service in order to offer assistance to:

  1. Emergency Services
  2. Key Workers
If you fall into one of the above categories and have any technical queries or concerns, please contact us during the following times:
  • 9.00am to 5.00pm: email us at staysafe@lloydgroup.co.uk
  • Outside of working hours: Telephone 0800 777111 to speak to BMW Roadside Assistance or breakdown recovery.

Although our retailers and bodyshops will be closed, you can still visit our website or social media pages and communicate with us if you have any questions. Should you need to contact us you can find our details here.

Over the coming weeks, we will continue to keep everyone updated through our website news pages and social media.

We hope it will not be too long until we can welcome you back and continue to provide our usual customer experience.
