Lloyd Motor Group expands into Morecambe

Lloyd Motor Group has announced the acquisition of Rayrigg Motors from Tuesday 15th March 2022.
 
The business will be renamed Lloyd Kia South Lakes and welcomes a new chapter for customers in the north Lancashire and south Cumbria regions.
 
The takeover ensures the continued excellence in customer service that both Kia and Lloyd Motor Group have become known for. Reassuring existing Kia customers in the area, Lloyd Motor Group is no stranger to Kia, operating the award-winning Lloyd Kia Carlisle showroom, which will help for a smooth transition.
 
From March 2022, Lloyd Kia South Lakes will operate solely from the Morecambe site, located on White Lund, while continuing to serve Windermere and south Cumbria customers. Lloyd Kia South Lakes will take on nearly all existing staff members, including those from the Windermere showroom and customer contracts from both locations.
