The MINI Tour visits Newcastle
Date posted: 4 May 2017
MINI UK have embarked on an 'out of the ordinary' tour of the UK with the sole aim of spreading the spirit of MINI by inviting people to take a fresh look and re-think the ordinary. And it came to Newcastle on Friday 5 May!
Whilst exploring the streets of Newcastle, the MINI Tour convoy was accompanied by local interior designer, Kerry Lockwood. The convoy visited various locations within the city that have inspired Kerry or have become part of her working life including Riley’s Fish Shack, Lane 7 and Ferne Avenue Antiques Centre.
After having her renovated home featured in a property magazine, Kerry realised she was on to something. So she bit the bullet and set up her own interior design business in 2016. Her blog is the place to go if you’re looking for furniture shop reviews or advice on your own projects.
The MINI Tour offers the chance to get to grips with the versatile MINI range in an inspirational setting – because MINI is not just a one-car act, it's a five-strong line-up. From coast to city and in between, MINI UK will be exploring the UK’s hotspots with their latest models and eccentric beatboxers DUKE, with MINI Product Geniuses on hand with all the information you need to answer any questions.
