On my current visit with my car for its MOT, I had my elderly disabled mother with me. On entering the showroom, we had a lady who was cleaning the seating areas, come over to us, greeting us and immediately asking if my mum wanted a drink. This lady could see my mother’s difficulty in walking and holding onto me and I thought this lady was so lovely and caring, a lovely member of staff. After she helped mum, this lady carried on her janitor duties with a lovely smile. Also, we want to credit the young lady on reception, a very smartly dressed lady with long blonde hair and a lovely caring nature. I just felt it needed to credit your reception staff and under the current world wide pandemic, I think these staff members really make the day a better day. Thank you so much for the service and caring for your customers. Such a pleasure to visit you.

Just had my bike serviced here and as usual I am delighted with the service. The attention to detail makes such a difference. An example would be I am particularly attentive to tyre pressures and since they are monitored and on the bike display its easy to note what they are. Got my bike back after the service and while its easy to see oil and filter have been changed, less obviously breaks done and tyre pressure tweaked. Just a couple of psi but I noted the pressure before and after. Details, makes you confident that everything else has been done/checked. It's always good to get what you've payed for :-)
