We have used Lloyd's south lakes quite a bit recently. We had problems with a car not bought from them but they dealt with us very well. The car had a difficult to diagnose problem but they would not be beaten-they had it four times in 2 weeks and eventually after much investigation they sorted it. The service was excellent. They gave us a loan car for 4 days,which was very helpful. We will recommend them to any BMW owner whether its old or new. Thank you again.

A fab dealership with a great team! Lewis was professional yet friendly during all interactions with him. He even went that extra mile and provided us with breakfast - a nice touch! Unfortunately Lewis was away when we collected our lovely new mini, but in his absence Neil was also great, no breakfast this time but we did get a lovely coffee, a bottle of wine and some chocolates! The dealership is the epitome of mini brand and we are delighted with our Mini Cooper. Thanks again!

Can I just quickly say a massive thank you, brought the car in for its service and MoT today. Sailed straight through but it's also been washed for the first time in months, Lee on the service desk was brilliant, even went back out to car to fetch the service book for me because my daughter was asleep. Car seems to be pulling better for the new oil and brakes feel a million times better for a fluid change. I'd also forgotten my daughter's water bottle - completely forgot to ask for it but your staff had already put it back in the cup holder for me! I live out in North Tyneside but happy to make the journey to your dealership instead, again in the future. Thanks again
