I'd just like to take this moment to thank All at Lloyd BMW for there exceptional service & attention to detail. Being a Subaru owner for 13 years it was time for change, I called in to your newly refurbished dealership on Saturday 8th April to have a look at the M140i & was initially greeted by your showroom host who kindly asked if there was anything I needed help with, I was then pointed into the direction of Phil & Peter who I spoke to and expressed my interest in the BMW M140i, Peter asked a few questions & we had a great chat about the cars & if I had my driving license with me and proceeded to take relevant information to allow me out on a road test. Well what can I say the BMW was absolutely brilliant & had time with the car alone to familiarise myself with the vehicle on a sole basis which is fantastic, I pretty much made up my mind by then. I returned & brought my car for a valuation To which I was directed to the absolutely fantastic Fiona Ismay who ran through building my Ideal BMW M140i. We agreed on a Part Exchange price and the cost to change & that was pretty much it I had to have it. Fiona called on Monday to say the car was arriving that very day & to book in for a handover etc. Today was that day, Many sleepless nights of anticipation had gone as I saw my BMW sat in the handover bay. Exceptionally turned out vehicle, was almost a shame to take her out in the wet. Handover complete and some many miles later This BMW is fantastic & I'd recommend anyone to pop into Lloyd BMW, What a fantastic dealership.

Collected my new XF yesterday from LLoyd Carlisle. I have owned several Jaguars but this was the first time I have dealt with them. Very impressed with the way Josh Smith handled negotiations through to getting everything ready for the handover. Never easy doing a part exchange deal over the telephone and you keep your fingers crossed that all will go well! I know that Josh has not been selling cars for long but it was refreshing to find a salesman who was honest and stuck to what he said he would do - keep to those values Josh and you will do well! Thanks again.

Very professional team from reception to sales / service staff. When we purchased our car which was second hand and probably the cheapest in the showroom, we were still made to feel special . Care was taken to ensure the car was right for our needs within our price range. The manager Ben and Peter Clarke the salesman were very friendly and professional . When I win the lottery I will be back for the I8 ( thank you Peter for the demo). See you at the next service . I would thoroughly recommend Lloyd Newcastle BMW.

Purchased a used car from Lloyd Jaguar from a distance and only viewing it online. Was a bit nervous about not being able to look at the car in person, or take out for a test drive. I need not have worried as the vehicle was as described by Josh and Michael at LJ, other than one tyre was on the cusp of needing replaced but without hesitation they advised they would reimburse me for getting a new tyre fitted to the same spec once I got home. Once the receipt for the tyre was received by LJ the money was back in my account the same day without hesitation. They provided a great service and were really easy to deal with. If the right car came up again in the future I would not hesitate to deal with them again.
