5* service at every stage during the purchase of my new car. Special thanks to Chris Roe who communicated with me weekly by voicemail and email to accommodate my slightly crazy working hours. I was kept up to date throughout the build process right up to delivery and collection. Everything was set up ready and nothing was too much trouble. The special touches like 70th anniversary magazine, drawing, key rings and presentation boxes added to the experience. Looking forward to my off-road day! Thank you again and see you soon. Amazing and great service!! Enquired about a car with Josh and from the off set communication was on point. I travelled from Worcester so was a 4 hour drive or so there and back and it was so worth it! Josh assured me and kept me up to date with servicing etc if you have seen a car and need to travel I would 100% recommend it was well worth it and can't recommend enough! thanks again Josh!

Collected my brand new jaguar e-pace this weekend and I can’t thank or praise the team at Lloyd Jaguar Carlisle enough. The car is absolutely amazing, a totally different class of vehicle but most importantly the service I received exceeded all expectations. Special thanks to Josh who has been great throughout the whole process from the initial message to enquire about the car but through to the collection and after-sales service, not forgetting also putting up with all my questions! A huge thanks also to Cameron who I met at my first visit to the showroom, great service and incredibly knowledgable! Really can’t thank the team enough for finding me my dream car!

My car has been with the service department today. I received exceptional customer service from Robert Wheatley he is a credit to the company. Robert ensured my customer journey today was smooth from start to finish, he also went above and beyond with the queries I had. I must admit on one occasion things went slightly wrong at Lloyd’s with regards to a previous car I purchased, however Lloyd’s sorted the problem out for me and re gained my trust. I understand as a customer that sometimes things may go wrong, however it’s how the company deal with it when this happens that makes a huge difference and sets them aside from their competitors. Lloyd’s proved to me that they want to ‘put things right’ and will go out their way to do so. What I really like is the fact you understand that service is just as important as sales, if you get the service right then customers will reward you with their loyalty. Robert had an exceptional customer service manner today , I will be returning when my service is due.

Great service from Lloyd Jaguar really pleased with my new Caesium Blue F Pace. Josh Smith was supremely helpful from the outset taking his time to understand what I needed and getting me the deal I asked for. On picking the car up Josh even came in early on a Sunday morning to suit me as I had a long drive ahead of me. The bottle of bubbly and A Jaguar gift capped the experience off. Well done Josh and Lloyd Jaguar Carlisle!
