The customer service at Lloyd Jaguar is second to none and the whole team are a credit to the company. Bryan, who we have mostly dealt with, has been great, very knowledgeable and friendly. We are treated as friends as soon as we walk in, tea, coffee, cake and soft drinks are offered every time. We picked up our new car yesterday and was presented with a bottle of champagne! Nice touch. Everything was explained thoroughly before we left and were told to call in anytime if we need anything. Probably will just for the cake! So thanks, Bryan, Damon, Josh, Dan and the wonderful ladies on reception.

Generally speaking, car salespeople rarely receive good press, probably because most of us don’t really like the amounts of money cars cost us! In this respect, I am no exception. However, since we all feel justified in complaining when we receive poor service, I thought that I should at least balance the books when the reverse is the case. Over the past 18 months I have bought 3 cars from Lloyd Approved (Manager, Joel Lewis) and felt that I needed to write to you and tell you about my experiences as a customer. I could not have been better looked after throughout all the transactions. I received a warm and friendly reception, very helpful and accurate information, and exceptional after sales service. At no point was the service “pushy” or “obsequious”. Joel himself has been assiduous in ensuring I received the best solutions and attention, especially since there were problems with the first car I bought. After years of experience in business myself I recognise a good asset when I see one. Gavin Seed in Service was also very supportive during what was a difficult time following my first purchase. Barry Williams was patient, well informed about his product, and went the extra mile to help with all aspects of the purchase. His colleagues Craig and Justine were also very helpful. It is rare these days to feel confident that one could speak to any member of a team, and find a similarly positive approach to customer service. So, I would like to congratulate you on some really great staff of whom you can be very proud. Well done, and thank you for a good customer experience. I am a lifelong Mercedes buyer, having bought mostly from the main dealer. I have to say they do not compete!
