I contacted this dealership with a view to changing my vehicle. After a couple of phone calls, one visit to the dealership (outside to view the vehicle and check boot size) electronic document check and the vehicle was ordered! To be collected at the end of the month. Well done Jamie Turnbull!

It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Lloyds South Lakes. I was made to feel like a valued customer, no pushy sales or trying to get the balance before month-end like some companies I've dealt with. Together, John Bond, Jonathan Jeffrey and Karen Mason made the entire process very smooth and enjoyable. Requests for documents were sent over very quickly, emails responded to swiftly and the car itself was absolutely immaculate. This is how it should be done in case anyone is in doubt. I've dealt with many companies in my time and this one goes over and above. I will be returning when it's time for my next car, thank you.

Thought I would wait till my car purchased from Lloyd Land Rover Kelso had done 500 miles before posting my review. Firstly personal thanks to Paul Hutchinson who couldn't be more helpful sending me videos of the vehicle, anything I needed he was super informative on the phone and email. This is the first time I have purchased online without inspecting the vehicle myself. The 12-month warranty works, I had to make a claim after the car flagged up an issue, again they couldn't have done more to get this solved quickly which they did. Overall I'm very happy and love the car keep up the customer service levels..

We bought a New Defender and are very happy with the service and experience. We did have an issue but once this was pointed out it was speedily and very satisfactorily sorted out which is a sign of a good dealership. The customer service is top-notch! Dan Newton was very helpful from the off and always made time for my calls, what more can you ask? He was also very helpful in quite promptly resolving a few issues the car had, something which is more important to me than the car itself. I would recommend these guys as one of the better Jaguar retailers to buy from based on this.
