First time using Lloyd Bodyshop after previously using local back street repair garages and never being satisfied by the services and repairs done. I decided I would try Lloyd's as I wanted the same quality of work carried out as if it came from the factory. I can't complain! From start to finish the service I received has to be the best I have had in a long time. Will definitely use them again in the future. The car is looking like it did new from the factory.

I always expect a high level of service from David and his team at Lloyd Bodyshop as I have used them regularly and they always do a world-class job. However we were in the middle of a pandemic, AX the third party accident company were not amazing and David did all the follow through with them and made it a seamless process for me. Overall communication during the repair was excellent and regular and overall repair is like the car was when it was new. Cannot thank them enough and I will be back hopefully with something proactive work-wise this time.

Just wanted to say thank you for the work on my car. Everything went to plan from my initial enquiry to receiving a call from the body shop manager and arranging suitable dates around my schedule for the repairs to be carried out. The work was completed in the agreed timescale even though the situation with Covid could have incurred additional time. I was kept well informed and both drop off and pick up was carried out in a safe environment. The car was returned and had been cleaned inside and out and I was shown around the vehicle by a member of staff. I am really happy with the outcome.

My car was dropped off at the Bodyshop on Monday 15th January 2021 and was completed for collection on Thursday 18th January. The rear bumper was replaced as damaged by a third party accident. The staff were polite and helpful, kept me updated on the progress of the repair. The car was presented valeted ready for collection. The repair was excellent and the colour match perfect. Would definitely use them again. The repair also has a lifetime warranty with a yearly inspection at the Bodyshop. Many thanks to David an his excellent team.
