Thank you very much for the excellent work on my BMW 320 which was "keyed" 3 weeks ago. My car is an individual colour so I take special care of the paintwork. If a job is not up to standard I am the first to complain. I must say the workmanship carried out by your staff is faultless and I will be grateful if you can pass my appreciation on to those who carried out the work.

First class work in every way. I've just had my Porsche Boxster S painted it looks factory fresh. I had a very fulfilling experience and I would like to extend my thanks to your staff, especially Barbara who went an extra mile to help me get the car in for repairs owing to my busy clinical commitments. The car was ready before time and was delivered in an immaculate condition. The car repairs were fairly charged, in fact less that some other independent garages. I would wish you to know of the exceptional service I received today at Ripon. I live north of Newcastle, but have been a customer of Paul Mortimer for 26 years and have just agreed the purchase of my 6th Land Rover from him. Today however, whilst on holiday in Ripon, I had problem with the engine check light illuminating on my Freelander, when I am due to tow my caravan back home on Tuesday. Louise in reception and Andy in the workshop went out of their way to resolve my problem, and showed customer service at a level way above any other franchised garage that I have ever had dealings with. I would be most grateful if you could pass on my appreciation to them again, and if possible, supply me with an email contact for Bryan Lloyd, as I would like to also inform him of the quality of the people he has in his employ.

My local BMW garage is at Preston Park in Stockton, and I can’t help but travel the extra distance to have my BMW serviced because of the excellent customer service you continually provide. The courtesy lift into town, the offer of coffee, so polite, all absolutely fantastic. I also own a MINI, and will be back to Lloyds when it’s due its first service.

I am writing this as a note of appreciation for the outstanding experience the service department provided during my recent visit...Faced with the problem of a vehicle which I knew had a problem with but my two local dealerships could not provide any resolve....I would recommend the service department from Ripon Land Rover to any member of my family and public regardless of the distance required of travel…you have far exceeded expectations and provided a fantastic customer service in every sense of the word. Knowledgeable, trained and skilled staff. A great service makes me as customer feel that you care about developing a long-term relationship that means more than just a service or another punter approach.
