Firstly, we will check the vehicle details against the Registration Documents (V5) from the DVLA and then we submit the vehicle for a Confirmation Certificate from HPI, the leading vehicle checking service. A HPI Check will notify us if the car has any outstanding finance, if it has been stolen or written off, or if it has had its identity changed.
As part of our service, we will complete a comprehensive assessment of the overall condition of the car with an Electronic Vehicle Health Check (EVHC). An EVHC is a multi-point check, looking over 25 different categories, including brakes, tyres, steering, suspension etc. The EVHC will advise if the vehicle requires attention and will find problems early to avoid MOT failure and costly repair bills.
We ensure that your used car has an up to date MOT. Should it require an MOT, we will put it through an MOT test, a tyre check-up and make any minor repairs that need to be made.
Based on the vehicle inspection and assessments, we strive to ensure that every vehicle is repaired and prepared to meet mechanical and cosmetic standards. We know that used cars have little chips and scratches, that’s perfectly normal. You expect a few beauty marks. At this stage, we will ensure that there’s no cosmetic damage beyond wear and tear.
