I just took my Kia Picanto into Lloyd's, Carlisle for its very late second service. The welcome I received was first rate; the service was carried out in a timely and efficient way, but the response I received when I asked to leave the car for another day because my sister was seriously ill was tremendously kind - nearly moved me to tears. When I collected the car today, it was gleaming and running so smoothly it was like a new car. Truly excellent service and customer relations. Thank you.
