I went to Lloyd Volvo to look at replacing our Discovery Sport. On arrival we were introduced to Michael Hetherington one of the sales executives. I explained what I was looking for which was a V90 estate and they had one available which was a managers company car and appeared to meet my needs. I had also looked at a MB E Class estate which met my criteria from another dealership. Michael then showed me around the vehicle and explained the extras fitted to it albeit there was not much missing from the options list. A short test drive was then carried out in the car. After getting a quote I left to look at other vehicles I had shortlisted and carried out some checks overnight. The following day I again spoke with Michael and we discussed the initial offer and other options available and ultimately arrange to purchase the car have a tow bar fitted and an additional boot liner. All this with an improved deal with little fuss and no pressure. My family have been Lloyd customers for 12+ years jointly buying 8 cars and I would highly recommend them, personally I have travelled 120 each way for this purchase such is the level of service I have received.
