Had a new Mini Countryman delivered from another dealership, but Sat Nav had not been activated. Contacted Ben at Mini service. He arranged for us to take the car to their dealership, who located the code needed to activate it from the vehicles chassis number and completed the necessary work immediately on our arrival. Thank you very much for your help. Would highly recommend this dealership. Brilliant customer service.
