I wish to advise you of my experience today via e-mail and telephone call from your Service Manager Gavin Seed. I encountered a problem with my 4 series remote control, which caused me some worry and distress, imagining all sorts of major diagnostic problems with my vehicle. Glad to say the prompt attention of Gavin, and his handling of my problem to my complete satisfaction, highlighted his dedication to the highest level of customer care within your group at Blackpool. I came to live in Cleveleys over 20 years ago and ever since have dealt with this location for all things BMW. Gavin must be a very busy man, so I can't thank him enough for taking the time to deal with my problem. I can now fully understand why Lloyd Motor Group Blackpool was recognised as the best BMW Retailer in Customer Care at the 2017 BMW Excellence in Sales Awards, with a service manager like Gavin in the team. I can advise that for 20+ years now my experience of Lloyd Motor Group in Blackpool has always been nothing less than excellent, and look forward to many more years of the same!
