M5 Competition

Now in its sixth generation, the new BMW M5 Competition has taken an iconic design language and accentuated it with eye-catching elements. From the front, these include the new redesigned M kidney grille with a single-piece frame finished in high-gloss black. From the rear, darker three-dimensional rear lights, and a powerful rear apron with larger air diffuser and with two twin tailpipes typical of M vehicles.

At its core, the M5 Competition is a statement of performance, and this can be seen and felt in every inch of the design. Instantly noticeable is the remodeled apron, which has a central air inlet in mesh design, two large side air inlets, and a seamlessly integrated new Adaptive LED Shadowline headlights.

The athletic proportions are accentuated by a lower centre of gravity and a wider stance, which is superb for handling. Inside, the driver-oriented cockpit comes in luxurious Full Merino leather, new Galvanic controls, and track-inspired M detailing, such as the M leather steering wheel with red pre-configurable M1 and M2 driver setting buttons.

With illuminated M5 logo and exclusive shell-seat design, the M Multifunctional seats give both the driver and front passenger sublime comfort and style on every trip.

Enjoy switching between three Drivelogic shifting settings that alter the gear ratios. The driver can also shift between automatic and manual gear change modes via the M gear selector itself.

Get the full track experience with the M specific instrument cluster, which can be adapted via the new ROAD, SPORT, or TRACK modes. In TRACK driving mode, view boost pressure, tyre pressures, and temperatures as well as G-force of acceleration.
