The Taigo already looks sporty and modern right from the very first glance. A highlight: the stylish LED light strip, which continues over the entire front to the Volkswagen logo and creates a connection with the associated IQ.LIGHT - LED matrix headlights (Optional for Life and R-Line, standard for Style trim) with impressive signature light. The fog lights are integrated at the side in the expansive bumper.

Expressive in every aspect
The sloping rear of the vehicle with its modern signature tail light continues the sporty look. The coupé design is accentuated by the slender dark red LED tail light cluster with continuous strip light and, from the distinctive roof edge to the dynamic rear apron, shows that the new Taigo likes to go beyond the everyday.

Invitingly innovative
The vehicle interior of the Taigo greets you invitingly. With a high-quality soft touch dashboard as standard and even with a coloured decor option for the Style trim. You can charge your devices with ease, even from the backseat using the USB-C interface in the centre armrest of the front seats; also the multifunction steering wheel in leather shows that everything in this cockpit revolves around a connected lifestyle.

Important details at a glance
Keeping track of the essentials counts on the road. The Digital Cockpit instrument cluster shows you the typical contents, such as speedometer and mileage recorder, as standard on a high-resolution 8-inch (20.32 cm) colour display. The Digital Cockpit Pro allows you to arrange the 10.25-inch (26.04 cm) display to suit your individual requirements. For example, you can choose to display your driver assist system visually or a combination of navigation map and media display – all with appealing graphics and animations.

The white background lighting on the front door openers⁠ (optional on Life & Match, standard on Style & Black Edition), the decorative trims on the doors and in the dash panel create a pleasant ambience in the interior thanks to the use of indirect lighting.

Air Care Climatronic

Passengers are too warm? And you’re too cold? Thanks to two-zone regulation, the temperatures can be adjusted independently of one another on the driver and passenger side⁠ (Optional on Life, standard on Style & R-Line).

Loading luggage made easy

Despite its compact size, the Taigo offers an impressively large amount of space. To make sure you can make full use of this space, a variable luggage compartment floor ensures additional storage space.

No charging cable? Not a problem.

Simply place your smartphone in the front storage compartment, where it is charged inductively. Just make sure that your smartphone supports the Qi standard. Even better, this feature comes as standard.

With a huge glass panel that stretches over the entire width of the roof, extra electrical tilting and sliding panoramic sunroof is an eye-catching optional extra.

Save yourself the bother of searching for your car key: once you have the key with you and you are no more than 1.5 metres away from your Taigo, the doors and boot lid optionally unlock as if by magic⁠.

The answer to bulky luggage

Does your hobby need extensive equipment? No problem at all for the Taigo: the optionally available tow bar is designed for loads of up to 650 kg unbraked and 1200 kg braked⁠ (with 12% gradient).

Practically parks itself

The Taigo with the park assist steering, optionally available in the driver assistance package "plus" as of the Life trim, can not only tell you as you pass by whether a parking space is big enough – it can also drive into the parking space for you⁠.
