Product Genius

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Product Genius to join our busy team at Lloyd BMW/MINI based in Newcastle.

Salary: £27,500
Hours: Monday - Friday including a weekend rota

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a dedication to flawless customer service and will be passionate about the motor trade industry. Having lots of enthusiasm, drive and motivation is key to consistently achieve fantastic results.

You will dazzle our customers with your passion for the brand, and in-depth knowledge of our range of vehicles, guiding them through the specifications – remember this is not a sales role, this is an innovative space where we share our knowledge of the amazing vehicles with the potential customers.

Role responsibilities:

• As a Product Genius, you will act as a brand ambassador, providing a truly immersive, educational, and thrilling experience to our customers. It will be your mission to ensure that every one of our customers leaves our space with unforgettable memories.
• Communicating with customers in a friendly and polite manner via email, telephone and in person.
• Supporting off-site events, acting as an ambassador for the Lloyd Group and BMW/MINI.
• Assisting sales team with showroom displays and
• Promoting the BMW and Mini brands, products and technologies, sharing information, features and benefits in a friendly, understandable way.
• Produce high-quality, detailed videos to be used alongside vehicle adverts.
• From arrival through preparation stages, ensuring used cars are fully prepped and ready for sale or delivery.

Ideal candidate will have the following skills and attributes:

• Be a great communicator, both written and verbal.
• Ease with working under pressure to tight deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and organised.
• IT, written and verbal skills.
• Full Driving Licence.
