An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Vehicle Administrator to join Lloyd BMW/MINI based in Blackpool.
We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being at the heart of a busy dealership operation. If you’re proactive, enthusiastic, and take pride in delivering outstanding administrative support, we’d love to hear from you.
Salary: £12.75 - £14.00 per hour DOE
Hours: 08:30 - 17:00

About the Role:
This is a pivotal role within the dealership, working closely with the Sales Management and Finance teams while supporting the wider sales operation.
You’ll be responsible for managing key vehicle administration processes with accuracy, efficiency and professionalism ensuring every customer journey runs smoothly behind the scenes. The role involves liaising across departments, maintaining compliance standards, and working with manufacturer systems and industry regulations including GDPR, HMRC, FCA, DVLA, and RAV requirements.
