The Role:

This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside our HR/Payroll team and to be trained in the workings of the department. Responsibilities may include the following:

• Assist the payroll team with the processing of payroll for over 1,400 employees by checking data submitted by Retailer Accountants against payslips.
• Resetting password requests for employees to access the company intranet.
• Co-ordinate in-house training by organising venue, sending joining instructions to delegates, producing training materials and arranging accommodation.
• Other ad hoc administrative duties to support the wider HR Team e.g. Reference requests, stationery order, filing and scanning.

The Training:

Qualification: Level 2 Business Administration

During the course, the training is conducted in our HR office and also in classroom settings.

The Ideal Candidate:

Applicants must possess the following:

• GCSEs grades 4 or above in English, Maths and two other subjects (or equivalent qualifications)

• Team player

• Dependable and punctual

• Attention to detail

• Ability to operate well under pressure
