Dual Brand Retail Sales Manager

We are delighted to announce an exciting career opportunity at our South Lakes BMW/MINI retailer. We are currently seeking a Dual Brand Retail Sales Manager to join our team and play a key role in driving the success of our business.

Salary: Basic salary with OTE £55k + Company Car
Hours: 5 day working week with alternate weekend work

We’re searching for a passionate, people-focused professional with a proven sales mindset and a proactive approach to driving results.

As our Dual Brand Retail Sales Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting our Sales Executives and Sales Managers to grow the business. Reporting directly to the General Sales Manager, your mission will be to maximise customer retention and performance across both BMW and MINI brands.

Role Responsibilities:

• Monitoring finance agreements for new and used customers to identify renewal opportunities

• Generating additional sales leads using manufacturer and dealership systems

• Working closely with Sales Managers to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)

• Supporting the sales team to progress enquiries and convert lost opportunities
