MINI Brand Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Brand Manager to join the busy Sales department at our Lloyd MINI based in Lindale, South Lakes.

Salary: Basic salary of £42,000 with OTE £65,000
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30-18:00, alternate weekends with a fixed week day off.

Role responsibilities:

• Managing the team of Sales Executives and Business Managers
• Leading and motivating the team to meet sales targets on vehicles and finance and insurance products
• Liaising with customers, both face-to-face and by phone/email
• Working to market vehicles and services on offer both in the dealership and online
• To ensure delivery of excellent customer service within all areas of responsibility
• Handling any customer complaints in an efficient and effective way
• Collating finance proposals for customers
• To ensure full compliance to FCA guidelines on the selling of financial services products by all relevant staff.

To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience as a sales leader within the automotive industry. Whilst brand experience is preferred, it isn’t essential.

In addition to your experience, you will demonstrate the following skills & experience:

• FCA Accredited
• Excellent relationship building skills with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to lead and motivate a team to meet a goal
• Commercial awareness and financial analysis
• Good understanding of the Used Car market place for MINI and Non Franchise cars.
• Self-motivated and ability to work under pressure
• A calm and professional manner
• IT literate & full UK driving licence
