MOT Tester

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a MOT Tester to join Lloyd BMW/MINI based in Cockermouth.

Hours of Work: 08.30-17.00 Monday to Friday plus 1 in 4 Saturdays 08.30-13.00

Salary: £15.00 PH 

Role Responsibilities:

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 qualification.
• Previous experience working as a MOT tester.
• In-depth knowledge of MOT testing standards and procedures.
• Familiarity with state Health and Safety legislation.
• Technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and report writing skills.
• Detail-oriented with good knowledge of health and safety in the workplace
