Recruitment Consultant

Lloyd Motor Group is growing and so is our team! We’re now on the lookout for a driven and enthusiastic Recruitment Consultant to join the recruitment team.

Working with a high volume of vacancies with a wide range of roles and covering multiple sites across the network, this is a fast-paced, varied role that plays a key part in supporting the ongoing growth and success of the business.

Salary: Up to £27, 000 DOE
Hours: 08:30 – 17:30 however flexible working and part time hours will be considered.

Role responsibilities:

• Create and post internal job vacancies on our website and external job boards.

• Review applications and keep candidate records up to date in the recruitment system.

• Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews efficiently.

• Assist in sourcing candidates from internal databases and external channels.

• Maintain consistent and positive communication with candidates throughout the process.

• Respond promptly to candidate inquiries and provide support as needed

• Ensure recruitment data is accurate and regularly updated in the applicant tracking system.

• Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team to help streamline operations.

Ideal candidate will have the following skills and attributes:

• Previous experience within Recruitment and / or motor industry is desired but not essential.

• Accuracy and ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines.

• A great team player, working alongside others with integrity, positivity and respect.

• Confidentiality and discretion are a must.

• Excellent organisational & time management.

• Confident and professional when handling both inbound and outbound phone calls.

• IT literate with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook). Previous experience of posting jobs onto Indeed and using an ATS would be advantageous.
