Service Administrator

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Service Administrator to join Lloyd BMW/MINI based in Lindale, South Lakes.

Salary: £12.25ph
Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:30 

Role responsibilities:

• Creating and maintaining job files, producing invoices for cash and account customers
• Preparing and printing job cards and related paperwork
• Filing and scanning documents accurately
• Handling reception duties and assisting Service Advisors to ensure excellent customer service
• Managing warranty paperwork and ensuring compliance
• Contacting customers for service reminders, MOTs, and follow-ups to encourage bookings
• Maintaining and updating customer contact details to support SMS and email communication
• Supporting the team with general admin and health & safety adherence

An ideal Service Advisor will hold the following skills and experiences:

• Motivated, with a proactive approach to customer service.
• Enjoy the challenge of influencing the success of the Service department.
• Customer relations experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills and be well presented.
• Must be IT literate.
