Lloyd BMW Motorrad Triumphs at the 2024 MOJO Awards
We are excited to share the fantastic news that Lloyd BMW Motorrad has secured three prestigious awards at the 2024 BMW Motorrad UK MOJO Awards, being named Aftersales Retailer of the Year, Used Bike Retailer of the Year, and overall Retailer of the Year!
This achievement is a testament to the dedication, passion, and hard work of our entire Lloyd BMW Motorrad team. Our new Sales Manager, Ian Bell, and Aftersales Manager, Steve Knight, had the honour of attending the awards ceremony in Spain, where they celebrated this milestone on behalf of our team.
The Aftersales Retailer of the Year award recognises the dedication of our Aftersales team in delivering outstanding service and support to every BMW motorcycle owner. Whether it’s Motorrad maintenance, repairs and parts, or just offering expert advice, our aftersales department continues to strive for the highest levels of customer satisfaction and excellence.
We are also thrilled to be named Used Bike Retailer of the Year, an acknowledgment of our team’s passion for offering top-quality approved used BMW motorcycles. Our focus on providing reliable, well-maintained bikes ensures that every customer leaves us with a motorcycle they can trust and enjoy for years to come.
Finally, the prestigious title of overall Retailer of the Year reflects our team's performance across all areas of our business. From sales to service, this award is a direct result of the efforts and teamwork of every member of our team at Lloyd BMW Motorrad.
Ian Bell, our new Sales Manager, said: "To be awarded the highest accolade by Motorrad UK against some stiff competition in the network was fantastic.
