Volkswagen ID.7 Tourer voted the UK’s best large family car by Parkers

Milton Keynes – The all-electric Volkswagen ID.7 Tourer has been named by Parkers as the UK’s best large family car – repeating the success of its fastback sibling in 2024.

The Parkers New Car Awards are based on hundreds of expert reviews throughout the year, all dedicated to offering the best advice and information to the car-buying public, whatever their budget or lifestyle.
This latest accolade is the ID.7 Tourer’s fourth award this year. It was named Best Electric Estate at the What Car? Awards 2025 and in the What Car? Electric Car of the Year Awards, and it recently earned the Best EV title at the Leasing.com Awards. The ID.7 Tourer was also shortlisted for a Caravan and Motorhome Club Towcar of the Year award, in the category for caravan weight under 1,300 kg.

The UK ID.7 line-up comprises the Pro Match Plus, Pro S Match Plus and GTX Plus 4MOTION, all available in both fastback and estate (Tourer) body styles. Maximum range is up to 433 miles (WLTP combined, for the ID.7 Pro S Match Plus) and prices start from £51,035.00 (on-the-road recommended retail price including VAT).
