Absolutely fantastic service from BMW Newcastle. I had the car in for a service in September when it flagged that my crankshaft pulley had badly rusted and needed replacing on my 116d. I got in contact with BMW UK as with the age of the car and mileage, didn’t think it should really have happened. They contacted BMW Newcastle where the service manager Ian said he would take a look at it. Took it in and found it was a warranty issue and replaced it through goodwill and helped with my labour charge. Sarah C from the servicing department is absolutely fantastic and helped me from start to finish and really want to thank her and BMW for all of there help. Once I look to upgrade in a few years, I’ll be certain to come to BMW Newcastle - Never had bad service and the best dealership I have ever used! Thanks again.
