Apprenticeships

Planning for the future is essential for any business, in particular for a company such as ours which relies so much on specific skills.

We are always keen to develop apprentices and have successful Apprentice Programmes which aim to offer the opportunity to experience a variety of activities across our organisation, with a view to focussing on a particular area of interest for skill development.

Combining on-the-job skill development with college-based or manufacturer-provided training, we pride ourselves on the success of our Apprentice Programmes, with all of those who have completed their courses taking on a permanent role within our business.

Apprenticeship Roles

Type of apprenticeship roles available include:

  • Technician
  • Parts Advisor
  • Service Advisor
  • Product Genius
  • Business Administrator
  • Sales Diploma

The application process

Due to the combination of work-based and college/manufacturer-provided training, we have intake years so there are set deadlines for applications accordingly.

Assessment Day

We typically hold Assessment Days in the April before the apprenticeship commences in the September.  These will be carried out by us, but there may also be an assessment from the relevant manufacturer.

Any offer of apprenticeship will be made subject to GCSE results, which would be grade C or above in Maths and English and, for technician apprenticeships, grade C or above in Science and IT.

Apprenticeship Begins

Should you achieve the necessary grades, you will begin the Apprenticeship in the September.
