Why did you choose to do an apprenticeship?
"I decided to do an apprenticeship as it would give me the opporunity to learn new skills and techniques, all whilst earning on the job".
What has been the best part so far, and what are you enjoying the most?
"My favourite part has been the opportunities with BMW and MINI that you’re offered throughout the apprenticeship. I’ve had the opportunity to take part in Outward Bound courses, as well as complete training with BMW UK, allowing me to learn new skills to put into my work and better myself".
Can you share something you’ve learned during your apprenticeship that you have found particularly valuable?
"I’ve learned that having a good level of confidence is a key part of my role, and it's paramount when building trust with customers".
Where do you see yourself in 3 years’ time?
"In 3 years’ time I hope to have improved my skills even further, and progressed to a higher point in my role".
What advice would you give to someone who is looking to start an apprenticeship?
"Do not hesitate to do it! The skills and opportunities are endless".
