Aftersales Manager

Lloyd Motor Group have a great opportunity for an Aftersales Manager to join their management team and lead the service and parts department at their prestigious KIA and Volvo retailer in Levens, South Lakes.

About the role:
As the Aftersales Manager you will be required to drive the business forward and maximise customer satisfaction levels in excess of the manufacturers’ national average whilst motivating and managing the team. You will be able to demonstrate that you share our company values and possess strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.

You will be responsible for monitoring and controlling costs in line with the business plan whilst maintaining quality standards. As well as ensuring accurate collection and recording of customer data in line with the standards.

Salary: Basic salary with OTE £60,000

Hours: 42.5 hours per week

Company Car: A company car is also included as part of the benefits package for this role.

About you:
For this role it is essential that you have experience in a similar role within the automotive industry.

We are looking for a candidate with strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to work well under pressure.

We also require the successful applicant to have a full UK driving licence.
