In support of our growth strategy, we have an exciting opportunity for an additional Service Advisor to join us at Lloyd Land Rover, Kelso.

As an experienced Service Advisor your duties will include:

  • Dealing with all customers in a professional, prompt, and courteous manner, ensuring an exceptional experience for our clients.
  • Booking MOTs, services, and other repair work for our customers
  • Advising customers about warranty cover and upselling additional parts / accessories that will benefit the customer.
  • Liaising with Aftersales colleagues to organise and schedule appointments, based on workload and call volumes.
  • Managing face-to-face customer interactions as well as telephone calls and online booking queries
  • Informing customers of turnaround times and ensuring effective communication throughout the time when a customers’ car is in the workshop.
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and updating the systems when any bookings have been made.

An ideal Service Advisor will hold the following skills and experiences:

  • Motivated, with a proactive approach to customer service.
  • Enjoy the challenge of influencing the success of the Aftersales Department.
  • Customer relations experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills and be well presented.
  • Must be IT literate, and a working knowledge of Kerridge would be advantageous.

Salary: Basic salary of up to £27,000 per annum dependent on experience. Potential OTE £30,000. Inclusive of performance bonus

Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 17:30pm.   Saturday 9:00am – 12:30pm on a rota basis.
