After poor customer service from a previous bodyshop recommended by my insurance. I couldn’t be happier with the work carriedout by Lloyds bodyshop. I dropped in my car on the morning of booking and there was an issue with the booked courtesy car that has been returned by the previous user damaged,they had tried contacting me but my insurance dual policy meant message was left on partners voicemail. Following day dropped in my car and collected a replacement courtesy car, very quickly in 4 days my car was ready to collect. I was impressed by communication with all departments at Lloyds. My car was repaired to a very satisfactory standard and very clean. Thanks guys!
