This month, Lloyd Jaguar Land Rover Stockton, proudly celebrates a significant milestone as Mike Jones, our esteemed Workshop Control Manager, marks 25 years of exceptional service with the team at Stockton.
Mike’s unwavering dedication, professionalism, and invaluable contributions have been instrumental in driving the continued success of our team over the past quarter-century.

Mike began his journey in the motor trade in 1997, starting out as a Car Cleaner, before officially joining the team at Stockton in 2000. He quickly progressed to the role of Service Driver — a position he held for three years before taking the next big step in his career as a Service Advisor.
Through years of hard work and commitment, Mike earned a promotion to Senior Service Advisor, and today he plays a key role as part of our Workshop Control team as Manager.
Reflecting on his career, Mike says he’s gained a wealth of knowledge working in Aftersales and has made many great friends along the way. His passion for Land Rover and the people he works with truly stands out—he loves the variety each day brings and enjoys the challenges that come with keeping things running smoothly.
When asked about the future, Mike says he’s excited to see what lies ahead for Stockton and the continued success of the team.
Around the workshop, Mike is easy to spot—often bundled up in layers and gloves (he’s always cold!) and never far from a broom or cloth. Known for his tidy nature, he can’t stand mess and is often seen keeping the workshop spotless.
Since Lloyd Motor Group acquired the Stockton showroom earlier this year, we’re excited to see how Mike’s career continues to flourish with us.
