6D Dynamics [suspension system], in particular the Defender - it's a ride like no other.

What has been a career highlight for you so far?
Driving through the Silverlink Retail Park I can see dozens of people on their way to work who I trained or helped in some way over the last twenty years.

What’s one piece of advice you’d give to someone new to the industry?
Find at least one positive thing from every situation; client isn’t happy that their vehicle is broken again, they’re still our client, they have chosen to come here for help, we have an opportunity to delight them moving forward.

What do you think makes a great client care experience?
Being engaged with the customer, a warm smile, being authentic and not being robotic. Making sure everyone feels welcomed and go away with a memorable visit.

What’s one place you haven’t been to yet that’s at the top of your travel bucket list?
Hawaii – because I think it looks beautiful and looks to be the perfect place to go!
