Yorkshire Clay Day 2025 Marks Another Fundraising Success
Lloyd Land Rover York and Lloyd Land Rover Ripon are proud to have once again supported the Yorkshire Charity Clay Day (YCCD), a standout event in the region.
The twenty-seventh annual Yorkshire Charity Clay Days took place on the Monday 12th and Tuesday 13th May at the iconic and picturesque Duncombe Park in Helmsley. This esteemed event consisted of clay shooting across six drives set within the park’s stunning grounds.
The event brought together businesses and individuals at the historic Duncombe Park to raise funds for local Yorkshire charities. With its strong sense of community and shared purpose, the event delivered another remarkable result in support of truly worthy causes.
YCCD attracts entries from across the UK and this year, raised a truly magnificent, record-breaking £575,000 for their chosen charity partners.
These funds will be distributed to our wonderful Yorkshire Charities for the benefit of those most in need across our county. This year's 2025 Charities are:
- Horatio’s Garden – Spinal Unit, James Cook University Hospital
- Leeds Children’s Charity at Lineham Farm
- Martin House Children’s Hospice
- Tempus Novo
- Royal Yorkshire Regiment Benevolent Fund
- Yorkshire Air Ambulance
- Yorkshire Cancer Research
This year, Lloyd Land Rover York and Lloyd Land Rover Ripon contributed two fantastic prizes to the auction: a Land Rover Half Day Heritage Driving Experience and a Land Rover Young Off-Roader Experience Day.
A fantastic few days was had by all and we look forward to next year’s event at Duncombe Park.
