How Lloyd Bodyshop Carlisle restored this customers pride and joy

This vehicle came to us here at Lloyd Bodyshop Carlisle to have corrosion protection put onto to the underside.



From the outside the vehicle was in immaculate condition but when we got the vehicle up on the ramp to apply the corrosion protection, we discovered that structural and mechanical parts of the vehicle were extremely corroded, near crumbling to pieces. To our surprise the customer had not been made aware about any of this by the local garage that they had been using for many years for M.O.T’s, services and repairs.



The customer, who’s pride and joy was the vehicle in question, was shocked at our findings. The vehicle needed multiple new parts, including a front subframe, suspension and both front chassis leg outer skins had to be professionally repaired by our technicians. The customer is now going to be bringing this vehicle and the other vehicles they own to us on an annual basis for maintenance and re-application of corrosion protection.
