We have some exciting news to share! Lloyd Kia West Cumbria is undergoing a full showroom refurbishment, with a brand-new look and feel, designed to inspire from the moment you walk through the door. And it's not just our customer space getting the upgrade, we're also investing in our team with brand-new colleague facilities, including a new canteen and toilets, because we know that great customer experiences start with a great team. At Kia, we believe movement inspires ideas, which is exactly why we're creating a space where inspiration meets innovation, and we cannot wait for you to see it!

While we are thrilled about the improvements this will bring, we want to ensure you are fully informed of the temporary changes to our site during this period, so your visit goes as smoothly as possible.

Refurbishment Period
Our Kia showroom will be closed to the public from Thursday 21st May, with works scheduled for completion on 31st July 2026.

Where to Find Us During This Time
We will still be fully open for business throughout the refurbishment, just in slightly different locations:

• Sales – Our sales team will be operating from cabins located at the original showroom entrance, where you'll receive the same great service as always.

• Aftersales (Servicing & Parts) – Our aftersales department will be temporarily based in the Volkswagen showroom on site. Please head there for all your servicing, MOT, and parts enquiries.

Customer Parking
Customer parking has temporarily moved to the area near the carwash. This will be clearly signposted with directional signage to guide you on arrival.
 
Please note that disabled parking will remain exactly as it currently is, so there will be no change for those who require it.



We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and truly appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to improve your experience at Lloyd Kia West Cumbria. We can't wait to welcome you into our brand-new showroom once the work is complete.
