INEOS Grenadier: Cumbria’s first public viewing at The Cumberland Show, Saturday 11th June

Lloyd Motor Group are delighted to be one of the UK’s first INEOS partners to showcase the INEOS Grenadier to the public.

Lloyd Motor Group recently announced their new partnership with INEOS Automotive, which will see one of the UK’s first INEOS Grenadier sales and service retail sites opening in Carlisle, Cumbria.

“This is an exciting new partnership for our customers and us,” says Bryan Lloyd, Chief Executive at Lloyd Motor Group. “The INEOS Grenadier is a no-nonsense and seriously capable 4X4 designed as a rugged, capable and comfortable go-anywhere working vehicle. Lloyd Motor Group will be showcasing the INEOS Grenadier on their stand for the first public showing in Cumbria at this year’s Cumberland Show on Saturday 11 June at the new venue on The Show Field, Warwick on Eden. Product Specialists will be on hand to answer any questions you have, plus our dedicated INEOS Grenadier Brand Manager, Tim Aspinall, a local 4x4 and off-road vehicle enthusiast.

INEOS Automotive began In 2017. INEOS Chairman Sir Jim Ratcliffe, a car enthusiast and experienced adventurer, identified a gap in the market for a stripped back, utilitarian, hard-working 4x4 engineered for modern day compliance and reliability.

The idea to develop a vehicle from scratch was developed by Sir Jim and some friends in their favourite pub, The Grenadier in Belgravia, London, which inspired the vehicle’s name. INEOS Automotive Limited was formed and a senior team of automotive professionals was assembled to bring the vision to reality with a fresh perspective of 4X4 development and manufacturing.
