Lloyd Volkswagen Marks 50 Years of Lloyd Motor Group with Cars & Coffee

Lloyd Volkswagen Carlisle & West Cumbria were delighted to host “Cars & Coffee” events this month, to celebrate 50 years of Lloyd Motor Group & 50 years of GTI!

With 2026 marking 50 years of Lloyd Motor Group, our Cars & Coffee events were the perfect opportunity to celebrate five decades of motoring. The vehicle displays included several generations of the Golf GTI, including the iconic Mk1, bringing a piece of Volkswagen history to the celebrations. It was fantastic to see so many cars that reflect how the brand has evolved over the years!
