The All-New BMW iX4: Expanding Electrical Horizons.
BOLD INVENTIVENESS MEETS SPORTS ACTIVITY COUPÉ HERITAGE.
Following the expansion of BMW's next-generation vehicle family, BMW has officially introduced the all-new BMW iX4 (NA7), bringing an expressive, sportier take to the all-electric Sports Activity Coupé concept. Combining striking proportions, a standard full-length panoramic glass roof, and advanced digital integration, the third-generation iX4 establishes a fresh benchmark for electric performance.
The all-electric iX4 is available to order from 8 October 2026 as the iX4 40 xDrive and 50 xDrive in M Sport or M Sport Pro trims, with initial customer deliveries commencing on 6 March 2027. From Spring 2027, the range will expand further with the introduction of the high-performance iX4 M60 xDrive.

The New Model Line-Up at a Glance
The iX4 range features a dual-motor, all-wheel-drive setup across all variants, balancing everyday usability with thrilling dynamic capability:

Equipped with an 83 kWh (usable) battery, it delivers an impressive WLTP electric range of up to 396 miles. Retail prices start from £59,165 (£60,170 OTR) for the M Sport.
- BMW iX4 50 xDrive (M Sport / M Sport Pro): Stepping up performance to 469 hp and 645 Nm of torque, the 50 xDrive completes the 0–62 mph sprint in 4.9 seconds. Cutting-Edge Design and Practicality
The iX4's exterior combines clean, athletic proportions with distinct aerodynamic enhancements, including standard 20-inch alloy wheels (up to 21-inch and 22-inch options depending on spec) and a sleek coupé roofline featuring a standard panoramic glass roof. The range-topping M60 model is further distinguished by unique lighting graphics, yellow DRLs, and M-specific winglet door mirrors.
Despite its sporting silhouette, practicality remains uncompromised. The iX4 offers a generous 490-litre boot capacity - just 30 litres less than the iX3 - supplemented by an additional 58 litres of under-bonnet storage in the front compartment.
