With International Women’s Day 2024 coming up later this week, we’re celebrating the fantastic women that work at Lloyd Motor Group!
Across the business, we have amazing women occupying roles from apprenticeship to management level, and across all departments, including Sales, Parts, Service and more. To introduce you to some of the women on our team, we’ve asked Victoria, Julie, Amy, and Kia some quickfire questions! Read on to meet them.
Victoria Little – Sales Executive at Lloyd Jaguar Carlisle
What do you enjoy most about working at Lloyd Motor Group?
“I enjoy meeting new people every day and welcoming them into the Lloyd Motor Group family”.

Julie Campbell – Assistant Parts Manager at Lloyd BMW Colne
What do you enjoy most about working at Lloyd Motor Group?
“My colleagues. The Parts staff have all worked here for years and we are like a family. They make every day fun and it’s a great place to work because of them”.
What’s one thing about you that surprises people?
“I’m also a part-time farmer. I farm 80 acres in Yorkshire, with 200 plus sheep, 60 chickens and six dogs. I love being outdoors whatever the weather!”

What do you enjoy most about working at Lloyd Motor Group?
"Lloyd Motor Group is a long-established family run company, with an excellent local reputation. There are many reasons why I enjoy being part of the Lloyd Group - we are like one big family! Each day is different from dealing with customers to liaising with insurance companies,and there are many opportunities to progress within the group. I don’t think I could work with a better bunch of people nor a better company".
If you had to choose only 3 words to describe yourself, which would you choose?
"I asked my manager Lee for three words that best describe me - They were caring, reliable and conscientious".

“The lovely people. Whichever site you choose to visit or contact, the Lloyd family feel and energy is all around you”.
What’s one thing about you that surprises people?
“I used to work on the Qatari Royal Family’s private jet, flying them around the world”.
