Lloyd MINI Newcastle once again showcased the very best of MINI and BMW at the Northumberland Show this bank holiday May.  


Northumberland County Show goers were invited to visit the Lloyd Newcastle stand where they could try their hand at racing on the MINI games console. Families also enjoyed playing Giant Jenga at Lloyd MINI and BMW’s stand at the agricultural show. Attendees could enter a competition to win an overnight stay and dinner for two at Close House, Heddon on the Wall.


The car retailer, based on Barrack Road, Newcastle, showcased the range of BMW and MINIs at the showground including the innovative electric hybrid supercar, the BMW i8, the new John Cooper Works MINI Convertible and the MINI Countryman, which is the biggest MINI to date.

Lloyd scooped the award for Best Non-Agricultural Trade Stand in the Show in 2016.

Lloyd Newcastle Head of Business Michelle Caveney, said: “The county show is always one of the most anticipated events in the region’s calendar and we love being part of it."
