On Wednesday 20^th September, we were pleased to join 3-1-5 Health Club for National Fitness Day. In celebration of the day, the club opened their doors to everyone for free all day to showcase the facilities they have to offer, and to offer class tasters and trial sessions.



3-1-5 Health Club have also recently undergone a major refurbishment, and the 20^th September marked the opening of their brand-new Recovery Zone, which includes new HydroMassage Beds and Cryotherapy loungers!



Within the health club, you will now find the BMW M Power Studio, and you might spot our Lloyd South Lakes BMW and MINI signage and Lloyd Motor Group, For Every Journey boards.
