Local hospice takes to the road in MINI style

Staff at Eden Valley Hospice and Jigsaw, Cumbria’s Children’s Hospice, are celebrating after being provided with a MINI to help support local people from around the county with life limiting illnesses.
The vehicle, a MINI Countryman Plug-In Hybrid, has been offered by Lloyd Carlisle MINI and will be used by staff across the hospice to provide care, support and activities to families with life limiting illnesses. Decorated with the Eden Valley Hospice and Jigsaw logos, the car will be out and about on the roads of Cumbria in the next couple of weeks.
Natalie Bingham, Corporate Relationship Co-ordinator from Eden Valley Hospice and Jigsaw, said “We are incredibly grateful to Lloyd Carlisle MINI for their generous donation of the MINI Countryman. Lloyd Carlisle MINI have supported us for a number of years now in a variety of ways and we are so very thankful for this continued support.’’
“While the car is out and about in the community the fantastic branding will remind people about the hospice and the care it provides to local families from across Cumbria. This will make a huge difference to the hospice team.’’

Eden Valley Hospice and Jigsaw provides care, support and activities to adults and children with life limiting illnesses. All of the care and compassion is extended to the patients’ family, friends and carers.
