Sarah Caisley, Assistant Service Manager - Lloyd Newcastle

What do you enjoy most about working at Lloyd Motor Group?

"The thing that I enjoy most about working at Lloyd is the people. Being able to work with such lovely people makes it a great place to work. Everyone is always willing to help and work collectively as team, helping to provide customers with a great experience".

Tell us a fact about yourself that people might not know.

"A fact about myself that people might not know is that I am a twin".

Brittany Smith, Showroom Host - Lloyd Land Rover Kelso

What do you enjoy most about working at Lloyd Motor Group?

"The best thing about working at Lloyd Motor Group has to be the people I work with and meet. Everyone is helpful and very kind. It’s great to work within a professional environment that it still friendly and where people are approachable. I enjoy meeting all the customers too - it’s great when they remember you from a previous visit".

If you had to choose only 3 adjectives to describe yourself, which would you choose?

"Sociable, easy-going, cheerful".

Kim Hayton, Customer Contact Manager - Lloyd South Lakes

What do you enjoy most about working at Lloyd Motor Group?

"I’ve been working at South Lakes for nearly 9 years now. I’ve enjoyed being part of the business developments, watching the company evolve and celebrating our successes with the team. I always feel grateful for the people I work with - we look out for each other and are genuine friends outside of the office. Oh, and the beautiful cars! We’re so privileged to represent the BMW brand, you have to ensure you don’t become desensitised to how lucky we are to be surrounded by these stunning cars every day".

What's the best advice you've ever received?

"Never limit yourself to a single point view - stop and try to see things from another perspective".

Lucy Turner, Sales Executive - Lloyd Land Rover Kelso

What do you enjoy most about working at Lloyd Motor Group?

"The thing I enjoy most about working for Lloyd Motor Group would be the opportunities. I have worked in 3 different roles now within the group and progressed to being a Sales Executive which I absolutely love. With no experience, taking me on as a Trainee and allowing me to work my way into the role has been such a great opportunity. I have great colleagues, and I love my job and the people I meet every day, and without the support of everyone within the group I wouldn’t be in this job today".

What’s one thing about you that surprises people?

"I think a lot of people are surprised by my age! I am quite young but certainly an old soul. I think after people meet me, they are quite shocked to find out my age!"

Cristina Enache, Customer Relations Manager - Lloyd Cockermouth

What do you enjoy most about working at Lloyd Motor Group?

"Lloyd Motor Group offers opportunities that you rarely see within other companies and you’re really made to feel like a valued member of the family rather than just another cog in the automotive machine. I thoroughly enjoy working closely with my colleagues here at Cockermouth and I would never want to work anywhere else".

What advice would you give to someone starting their career in the automotive industry?

"I would advise them to watch and listen to everyone around them. Soak up all the knowledge on offer and learn why we try so hard to build value in everything we do as ultimately it will make us all successful".

Nicole Parker, Service Team Leader & Emily Gaskell, Sales Executive - Lloyd Blackpool MINI

What do you enjoy most about working at Lloyd Motor Group?

"The family-like atmosphere. We are like one big family at Lloyd Blackpool, and we think that really shines through".

What is a unique skill that you bring to your job?

"Problem solving: Every day brings something different and between the Service and Sales team we club together to figure it out and provide the best customer service".
